Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on the product and your location. Some items ship from our US warehouses and arrive in 3–7 business days; others ship from our international supplier network and take longer. The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout.
Carriers
Orders are delivered by major US carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and OnTrac. The carrier is selected based on the fastest available route to your address.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships and may take 24–48 hours to show movement.
Shipping costs

Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Wrong address / failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t redirect a package once it ships. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping fees may apply).
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days, contact us at [Zaybowman10@gmail.com] and we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
