30-day guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to start a return
Email [Zaybowman10@gmail.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 24 hours. Please don’t ship anything back until we’ve confirmed the return — in many cases we’ll refund or replace without requiring a return.
Change of mind
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer covers return shipping, and the refund is issued once we receive the item.
Non-returnable items
Digital products, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processing with our fulfillment partners and can’t be cancelled — but the 30-day guarantee still applies.
